Appointments and Referrals

Many individuals seeking support are self referred
and may call 707-967-0468 to schedule an appointment.
All messages will be returned in a timely manner.
Referrals are often made by physicians, agencies, clergy,
schools, and other mental health professionals by
calling this same number. A pager number is available on
the voice mail message for emergencies. You may also fax
a referral to 707-967-1094.

Payment and Billing

Cash and many insurance policies are accepted to cover
the cost per 50-minute session. A payment-agreement
plan will be completed in the first session. To assist with
billing a bookkeeper is available.  A sliding-scale fee may be
considered on a limited basis.
